Program
30 lessons: from the first touch to the premiere
A sequential, year-long path for each age group — not a random collection of workshops.
The learning path
Four stages in one year
01 / 04
Sand
Sensory work, hand technique, basic shapes.
02 / 04
Animation
Movement, characters, transformations.
03 / 04
Storytelling
Plot, scenes, storyboard.
04 / 04
Performance
Teamwork, rehearsal, premiere.
The year's structure
30 structured lessons for every group
Each lesson builds on the one before. The teacher works from lesson cards, and the children see how individual techniques add up to their own performance.
- One shared path across the entire school network
- Lesson cards and worksheets for the teacher
- Clear milestones along the way
- The outcome: a team performance by each group
Age-specific tracks
Four programs for four age groups
Lesson length, technique and team roles grow along with the children.
Sensorimotor Discovery
Getting to know the material with the whole palm: big movements and first outlines.
- Lesson length
- 60 min
- Festival league
- Junior A
Focus
- Working with the palm
- Large movements
- Broad strokes
- Basic outlines
- Releasing muscle tension
Sand Morphing
The table is never cleared — each frame becomes the basis of the next
The sand is not swept away between scenes. A mountain becomes a turtle, and the turtle becomes a bird. Children learn to see the start of something new in a finished image.
In the world of sand there are no mistakes — only transformations.
What it develops
- Associative thinking
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt
- Freedom from the fear of the blank page

Lesson structure
How a 90-minute lesson works
Every lesson follows the same rhythm, so children quickly get used to it and feel more confident.
- 5–7 min
Kinesthetic warm-up
Hands and body get ready to work.
- 15 min
Technique demonstration
The teacher demonstrates under the camera, and the image appears on the screen.
- ≈ 40 min
Pair practice at the stations
Children practice the technique on their own light tables.
- 20 min
Group staging exercise
A short scene created by the whole group.
- 5–8 min
SEL reflection
A short talk about what worked and how it felt.
For younger groups (60–75 min) the proportions stay the same, with a shorter practice block.
Teamwork
Learning to work together
- Sharing out tasks
- Keeping a shared pace
- Handing over the workspace
- Continuing a partner's drawing
- Making artistic decisions together
